Yes, on the books those shares belong to BKMP. First off, Sandy is completely involved, might not be official, but in the pink sheets nothing is official. Samai is nobody but Sandy. Call Samai...oh that's right, you can't since he does not exist. Second off, even if something happens, you are trusting Sandy, I mean Samai to do the right thing. You are being way too trusting to believe anything that Sandy Winick says. How are your dividend shares? Have a phone number for Samai? Have a phone number, website, address for that evaluation company? Think about it. Sandy Winick is just playing the shareholders. He will do as he pleases as he always has done with complete and utter disregard for anyone other than Sandy Winick. The 3 million shares will somehow go the way as those useless divi shares that many people use to wipe with.
