FYI - I just talked with Mr. Steve Nichols of FMNJ HQ. Mr. Petty's Escala PR was not adequately worded. Mr. Dunn is finishing the Escala valuation since he returned yesterday from Boliva. He and Mr.Nichols are going to put out a clarification of the Escala new plant production $ values (better). It appears that the silver content used in Mr. Petty's calcuation at 200 tons/day were based upon low grade tailings and rubble clean-up which before was mentioned to have less silver. That clean-up process in the newly working concentrator plant may take a couple of weeks, after which the revenue stream should ramp up quickly to the silver content figures shown in Mr. Dunn's spring memo on the FMNJ website, or about $330 per ton based upon today's silver prices (which we hope will climb!). Mr. Dunn is also working on the production figures for their Texas oil wells. Mr. Petty's reference to the Argentina "letter of intent" and memorandum really meant completing the details, plant design, etc. required by the LOI and MOU's so that the government of Argentina can review and approve it shortly. All good news! (I have to have something to hang on to....)
