Bloomberg is pulling in $450 million per month off subscriptions for Tradebook. They announced on the 16th of September that they have a "hide and sweep algorithm" for Tradebook with no mention of subcontracts or partnerships. These are their brands and clients. They will want any relationship of software development on the down low. Sears doesn't manufacture their own tools but they retail their own brand. IMO this will go down the same way.
