He nor our IR dept fail to respond to legit questions by common shareholders.
1) Why did TS not file a lawsuit regarding the law firm he hired supposedly failure to read the fine print regarding the old legacy CD?
2) Why hasn't management bought and retained any common shares are they afraid or were they informed about the R\S and the loss of investment $'s had they bought.
3) Why do we continue to buy companies for way more then they are worth requiring us to deal with the likes of a YA?
TS has no risk at all in his initial investment\preferr shares since it seems the profit \ over paid amount we gave him and his family for Wisebuys went where?
As a CEO his duty is to the shareholders not his friends and family pocketbooks.
I was just thrilled to read the article about the 60 or so employees that rid the world of a corrupt CEO in I believe india or pakistan. Wish I could sit on that jury as I would definitely vote Not Guilty.
