I found this interesting if you belong to Scottrade you can get a list of all the insiders of a company what they did and plan on doing for the last five years. The list has a list of officers, directors and others. Others would be like Gordon W. Allison Trust. The list has it if the insider did a purchase ,plansale, sale,ect. The last sale was Nov. 20 2006. Their was not anything that look funny like what was on symbol NGRN where Plam Beach Yachts had three plan sales of their stock. I got it by going to detailed quote enter your symbol no. then click on insiders, then go to five year chart.
