Khemara, the jury is still out on that question. But, the probability is yes, they will take market share from Q. That loss in market share will be made up for by the expanding of the market. The sampling of an EV-DV chip does not mean that the system is ready for commercial shipments. Q will also be there is DV chips when the problems are ironed out.

Don't forget there is that little issue of a lawsuit between Q and TI that still has to be sorted out. Although, I suspect it will be settled amicably between the proponents.
