Why should they do that - there is absolutely no reason for a R/S.
Especially as noone would buy the stock around 0,30 $!
They could have done a R/S a long time ago, but they didn't.
They know that it makes no sense to make a dead cat bounce.
And that's what a R/S would be without adequate news.
And without buyers they could not sell any shares.
