Its kind of cryptic but I take it that he is talking about our buddy PLO and a poster saying that he was going to turn PLO into the sec. Maybe im reading to much into doc's opinion but I take it that if PLO didnt have the threat of an sec investigation over his head that Bihc would have released the news today. Who knows right, but its kind of interesting. I guess there's always tomorrow for news but im holding for the long haul. So if it comes tomorrow great, if not, then I'll wait it out.
