I apologize. I didn't mean to come across as negative.

A previous poster mentioned a heavy short position in this stock, I use the site I posted to see if there is a NSS position using the failed to deliver number. I was merely stating the weren't any fails. There may still be a legal short position though.

unfortunately, that doesn't clarify the issue being discussed if, A) the company is diluting, or B) if there is a large short position increasing the share structure, or C) the simple lack of trust on we shareholders part in the companies stated plan of action. But something is holding this stock down.

We will need to stick around to see or simply give up and move on.

I for one, have no choice but to stick around for awhile until the stock at least comes back to my entry position, then I will have the luxury of that value judgment.
