The shell value you mention may be valid for a clean shell but this one is anything but. As far as assets and liabilties go this shell, aka IAHL has never issued financials of any sort so we have no idea what the figures are.

What we do know is that it was named as a party to at least one lawsuit against it of which I have not seen evidence of settlement. We also know that IAHL incurred substantial expense as reported from the CEO in the attempt to acquire Thrush. We might also expect that other expenses such as the CEO's travel costs around the globe in search of capital, office, salaries etc. have been incurred against ZERO income so I think you can not say there is no debt.
