Assuming that all of this is true, which I am not ready to concede that it is, what are the implications for the company? I have a camera so that at least is real. Will trading be halted until everything is sorted out? Can another entity take it over and move it along? If Rich personally holds the patents, can he be forced into turning them over to SEVU. As shareholders, what rights do we have to claim any of the personal assets if we have indeed been defrauded? SH
