Coal funny you say that. When big bds are down after a few years of doing well people like making money. Its like when gambling they win then lose it all back but go back trying to recover taking more risk. My theory is when they can't do well in big bds many come looking at pennies to recover. Willing to take a risk on ones like BIHC that if big bds where great they would not. I have seen good years for pennies in 2000, 2004 and now 2008.
