Let's have a discussion on when to sell. Let's say divy is ten cents and buyout price is 25 cents. Since this is a pink sheet stock, will it hit 25 cents? As soon as the ex-divy date hits, this baby will drop. No if's and's or but's about it. The question is would it be more beneficial to sell before the ex-divy date or try to sell on the date with everyone else? This is all assuming short term capital gains taxes vs. dividend tax. Any thoughts anyone?
