It went up because News said "Oil is up" + demand in texas = MM's playing games with your money now. We still have no PR. Again, until Rahim decides to be more than a micromanager, this will always be a once a year spiker. These wells are still in debt and I doubt he will see any of the $2M recovery effort asked by Texas...
