They do that with shady stinky-pinky stocks to protect their clients from scam companies. I am sure SPZI has been flagged since it dropped from .014-ish to .0001 in less than a year and it has been heavily diluted with no hint of revenue to speak of as of yet. Those facts alone are enough to put this stocl on the "watch list" so to speak.
