Certainly the #'s can be off a bit on a daily basis..perhaps even a couple percent. However, this is 150+ million...No Way they are off that much.
Add in that speculation the company has been continually buying back shares...that would enlardge the discrepancy even more.
Everyone has a theory...so here's one...
The company is handing out shares for services..and buying back at the same time, just happens they are handing out many times more than they are buying.
But, the press sounds good and they aren't lying.
Or, they are selling shares and buying back at the same time...same thing not lying and is good press.
