Jim Bickel's credibility will drop dramatically (hopefully not the stock price, though) if he does not deliver with the filings as promised.

S3 has had ample time to complete the filings. S3 is a small company. The amount of material should not be tremendous even if it is 2006, 2007, and 2008.
