My point is, if your buying for some possible cash dividend that, I think, is highly unlikely; then why do you have to hurry up and buy now? Why is only a long term investor going to be rewarded?

They said the 5th or 6th dividend will be cash. We haven't even closed the 1st! Why not be smart and let let the first 4 close and then jump in to get the 5th or 6th in cash?
