Oh I think that paying the light bill and the lease payments on the Bio-Plant would be more important. Paying off Nothappy when he has not paid off anyone else would just be a joke. If the Beebers were being honest he would pay the Light Bill and the Lease to the City so the IRS can inspect the plant. I do not think the IRS will bring flashlights!
