Don't sell yourself short $H. You are pretty sharp. I think CCMJ is def in the best bargaining position here with their patents and a biz plan that is just beginning to pay off. CCMJ is def bringing the potential value here IMO and will save ICOP from having to RS a ridicuously small share structure to keep from being delisted. Now how do you merge a 500M OS with a 7.5M OS, and where does the cash partner fit in? ICOP has 50M AS and 5M preferred to use but would't want to dilute it's pps unless some extreme value was going to be injected to keep it where it is or higher. This could be happening. CCMJ would want to remain on the NAZ or else it would probably make this deal w/ ICOP less attractive. Any way you cut it our shares will most likely be reduced in essence like an RS but with value added. What will the cash partner get? Preferred and or options I guess. Maybe buy some on the open market? Will CCMJ insiders sell their shares for cash to the new partners on the open market once the news is announced? Your thoughts?
