Well, they`re filing is late and they have almost no cash left, and someone in they company says that they don`t need any funding, even though their OWN filing says they need 5 million dollars. We are five months in 04 and they haven`t generated any proper contracts, so they won`t have any cash left and if they don`t need any funding, then theyre will go bankrupt or being sold to someone.
