Well, this is a first. Here was a con man who was so stupid that he couldn't even figure out how to dump his 1.6 million shares after pumping up the stock.

In all my years of exposing stock fraud, this is the first time I have seen this kind of statement. The Court couldn't rule for disgorgement cause Rufus couldn't gorge on the market he created. That is a hoot!!!
