Just Got off phone with Mr. Huss!

Here's what he had to say:

Will the next rounds of financing be non-dilutive?
Mr. Huss: At this point he is not sure. They are going to explore 3 or 4 different structures, 1 may be partially diluted. So he's not sure at the moment, they may be, they may be not. A week from tomorrow they're having an 'all hands' type of meeting to hammer a lot of this out.

As per financing, what is the time-table looking like
Mr Huss: It depends on that meeting. The funding is dealing more with with longer term acquisition candidates. They have 'Other fish to fry' was his wording. (i.e thinking more long term)

Will there be a ramping up on marketing campaigns for this up coming cold and flu season, and also ramped up distribution?
Mr. Huss: There will be ramped up distribution. They have a couple different options to consider right now. One is to ramp it up via internal funding. A 2nd option would be if some of these acquisitions go through by then (yes acquisitions, more on that later). The 3rd option would be if they raise outside funding. He said they obviously prefer the first option since there's better margins.

Can you confirm the current share structure?
Mr Huss: Not sure off the top of his head. The last filed one is what he's aware of. Next week some time will know share structure better, after that meeting.

Can you detail your firm's role in specialty services with regards to guiding ASFX in other matters, such as merger possibilities
Mr Huss: They will be helping with other things like mergers, acquisitions, reviewing and analyzing possibles In that arena. here's the best part They will be extremely active in that arena. His exact words were "I can definitely tell you this...we will be extremely active in that arena [of mergers and acquisitions]. This will benefit all share holders.
