I have in the past mentioned another stock that was described as you suggest above and saw it go from .0001 to .005 in the space of a week or ten days. My post was deleted for off topic, so I won't mention the name again.
I am mentioning the above scenario, because even the biggest dogs have their day and I am not touting this on the basis that it will become a stem cell giant or anything like that. I think it is a lotto play that can run if everything described comes off and begins to be revealed in PR's with no more dilution.
Clearly dilution has happened here and clearly people have lost money, but timing is everything and we could have our day here shortly. Would I buy this today if I didn't own shares? Yes, I would take some lotto's at .0001, because I did already on the basis that this could easily have a big run.
