I agree with him, though he would also have to include all the people who lost money, when the sec changed the uptick rule and didn't enforce the laws they were sworn to enforce. (for 10 + yrs naked shorting.) They manipulated it in favor for the short sellers a year ago, now they are manipulating it again because the two headed monster they enabled got away.
