Fred, there seems little to gain in revisiting the decision of fifty years ago to create in the Middle East "the entire Zionist enterprise." Israel is not going anywhere. However, there is certainly a lot to gain in getting on with a Palestinian homeland. As part of that process there could be civil remedies for wrongs committed at that time in the Western World's zeal for creating an Israeli homeland. Would like to think that the displaced Palestinians will someday get their day in court.
