This Risk assessment Is silly IMO. It is not an in depth study of the company to see the likely hood of their success. It goes purely but how many shares are traded a day, and what direction the PPS is going..... It does not mean anything and it never did. When it is low there is nothing to get excited about, and when it is high there is nothing to be worried about. Does anyone on the board think they actually study all of these pink sheet companies at all???? NO way. Just drop the whole risk assessment thing. I can do the same thing it is not rocket science.
