Guys there is no merger mentioned so stick to what this deal is. Sales of Baron and cash div. Galo said next they want to buy a company they started talking to again. Now they will have cash to buy them is why they reopened talks. I am not saying someine will want to buy BIHc after but for now they have been clear what is next buy another Baron type company they have been looking at.
