Some of the sells you see at .0001 are actually buys at .00019 because L2 only shows 4 places to the right of the decimal. And in my opinion actual sells at .0001 are between MM's who in turn offer them to you @ .0002 and keep the spread. So unless the bid is zero and the ask is .0001, you probably won't get a fill at .0001.
