"The actions of ratings Agencies Moody's, S&P, and to a lesser extent, Fitch have contributed to an atmosphere of uncertainty resulting in the rapid deterioration of vital American financial institutions. I believe a moratorium must be imposed upon further RA actions and downgrades before the damage caused by these activities becomes truly systemic and irreversible.
I believe the questionable and apparently targeted actions of the RA's represent a clear and present danger to our financial system, and to our national security, and should be curtailed and investigated without delay."
Shareholders on this board have been proactive in bringing about positive change. If you wish to bring RA actions to the attention of the SEC, do so now. You have their ear. Don't miss this opportunity.
