Hi mid,

It is refreshing to see someone that takes the advice that has been given out here repeatedly and that is to call Eternal Image and speak to the company reps instead of asking their fellow shareholders a bunch of questions. When people ask the shareholders all of these questions it is really not to get the information they are looking for and it will give them an excuse to vent their frustrations.

The method that you used is called doing real DD and going right to the source. And by the company responding to your inquiries by using the E-mail option there is a hard copy of what was said which leaves no doubt and shows that it is not second hand information.
