has anyone had scottrade LII crap out on them the past 3 days in a row?

comes up and works fine for a while, then blacks out -

called the IT help center and got some BS about the feed off nasdaq screwing up on wednesday, then yesterday it was the server being off line -

you have to log off and on like 10 times to get a different server -

annoying -
