Is that the same Edward Krajewski that's being sued by the company?

If that's the Ed you're speaking of, I don't think he has anything to do with the stock action today and I'll tell you why. From what I read online, I don't think he has any money to buy OR sell (short) the stock, so I doubt that he had something to do with the drop in price today.

And in the past, I believe he used to post a lot of negative comments concerning the company which might have affected the price, but I haven't seen him post at all for a while. So, if he hasn't posted, and if he doesn't have the money to short the stock, I doubt today's action can be contributed to him.

Just my opinion though.
