On September 2, 2008, the United States Patent and Trademark Office issued the Company US Patent 7,419,964 for the Company's US Patent Application No. 10/313,828. This patent covers the ssDNA ICP4 expression vector acting as the active ingredient in the Company's topical anti-Herpes preparation.
