What really scares me, is posts like this (from ragingbull):

"Just got off phone with George

2nd time i have talked to him recently. He states that calypso is financially sound for the forseeable future. He also says that calypso has had many offers of financing but the company has refused these offers as they are not in need of any.
10Q was sent to lawyers 2 weeks ago and that is where the delay is on that just like before.
Some news - i held off the last time we spoke but since i have not seen a release i will tell you now that the TV show hosted by Al Haig has done a 2nd interview segment lasting 15 minutes to be aired in the future.
Seems confident that asnap is the only way for the wireless industry to make the money using all the new tech coming out now.
T"

Off course i don`t believe that he has spoken to George, but someone else might. And to almost con people into believing that CLYW can make it without extra funding is quite sad. There is no doubt that CLYW need money, and they need it fast. That they are late with they`re filing again, can indicate problems with getting such funding. I think they will need 4-5 million dollars to actually finish the product, 4-5 million dollars to have in court battles, that means almost 10 million dollars and that is probably a to low figure. But anyway they have less than 1 today (probably close to 0) and that means they need up to 10 million dollars in one or more stock issues. They can probably wait with some of the money, but 2-3 million dollars is needed short term and if nothing happens within the next couple of months (regarding funding), then i think CLYW will go bankrupt!
