I think the short ban only covers 799 financial companies not the entire market. Also, not sure how or why you would short a company already @ .0003-.0005. It is heartening there has been no continued dilution so the bills are getting paid with either investment money or sales income. I am getting very itchy for some news, we haven't had a peep since July I think.
