not really sure how that works, but their profit last quarter was around $0.07 a share... double the share count now but an estimate of double the Q3 profit, so the EPS should be about the same. (again, rookie reasoning... correct me if i'm wrong.) any chance they'd just drop a half cent or even penny dividend on the shareholders if they can afford it? suddenly the price would skyrocket as would their market cap. this would give them more credit and therefore more options for conventional financing if they ever need it. win-win.
now, if the PPS drops to $0.0001, there'd be no reason to keep shorting it, right? it would make more sense to move to another OTC company hovering in the low dime range and bang them down to nothing. and if there's any chance that someone is watching the MM's illegal activity, that's all the more reason to keep moving and not screw with one company for too long.
even a stock buyback would be simple. 500mil shares at 0.0001 is $50,000. they could make $8mil or more next quarter. is there any reason not to buy back a little control over the company? at the very least it would increase the value of raley's stocks/options.
there's my two weeks of experience to predict the next two years. any thoughts?
ps - got the profit per share from an old post... don't have a premium account, so i can't search for it and there's no way i'm backtracking through 2000 posts to find it. pretty sure it's right around there. correct me if i'm wrong.
