It seems to me that after the name was changed from Esprit Financial Group, this company (MONA) has had a wholesale management change. Now it has Chinese CEO instead of an American/Canadian. They reinvented themselve to be less of a financial company, hence the name change, and concentrate more of a tech holding company (pp365 and hotel internet business). I think that Garr has involving in the transitioning from an Canadien company to a Chinese Company. In any case, the uncertainty during the reinventing process is the main reason why the PPS has been depressed for the last six or seven months. Hopefully, this will change going forward
