configuring my alerts..

can you please suggest which boxes you would check off in the alerts & filters area......Ive tried everything I can think of.

the strategy im after is as follows:
to be alerted when a 60min candlestick is trading above its 60min Bollinger Band.

Ive played around with the 60min alerts...
also played around with min %BB 100...yet I know it shud be >100.
