So Coumo said that, huh? What, exactly, is "proper and legal" in today's financial system? Was it "proper and legal" for the govt to encourage JP Morgan to buy Bear Stearns for 2 dollars a share and then within 72 hours change the deal to 10 bucks? Was that "Proper & Legal?"

What an idiot. That is why we have the problems with the financial system. Idiots are abound.
