Masta, you need to fine tune your reading glasses.
The SEC says they are sure that he has another bank account and they are searching for it. They will find it, I am sure of it.

P.S.- just because RPH is broke, doesnt mean that he doesnt have $$$$ stashed away or out of the country. He is just waiting for the storm to pass over, that all.
