It's the CEO's job to make sure the PPS and the stockholders remain his number one priority. When this fails, then you can start to count your loses. If the company goes public and sells stock then the public is the CEOs MAIN concern, PERIOD. YOU AND ME. Price going down? We are not important to him, right?. Mark my words.
