If he files in time, I will say this was planned all along for some reason. If he doesn't then it was planned all along. The question is how much or how little the shareholders get hurt.

Instead of looking for the 10Q. Look for the reason why not to file the 10Q. It may not be good for the shareholders, but the end may justify the means for the company.

IMHO...the company will be drastically different in the near future.
