3-4 month head and shoulders bottom forming imho. Price should move up to 2.60 imo and then form the right shoulder.

Here is why 2.00 has now been taken out and this one should steadily move up from here....

2nd quarter earnings were announced March 8th, 2004. 3rd quarter earnings should be announced in mid/late June sometime imo.

For CMGI to acquire Modus Media it must maintain an average shareprice of 2.03 to 2.48 on a closing basis the 20 days preceding the second day before closing of this acquisition deal, during the 3rd quarter.

That being the case CMGI should break through 2.03 very soon (IT HAS..!!!) and stay there on a closing basis for 20 days between now and the end of June (3rd quarter), if the acquisition is to stay on schedule.
