Did you know that LA county is planning to force businesses like Home Depot to provide a covered area where "workers" can stand waiting for jobs?

Now make a guess what this promotes. Surprised LA County didn't require the shelters to contain a delivery room and nurses ready to provide immunizations for school for free.
