Lucky haven't had a reply to e-mails in some time, did send one yesterday asking for answers on some of my current concerns and even offered to sell all my commons to TS at .10 since I figured he should own some and the price seemed fair enough with all the promises and deals he has made to increase the rev's of the company. Told him I would prefer cash but may consider a CD structured like those he signed with the bloodsuckers. I did ask specifically why we never filed suit against the law firm he used that missed the old legacy debt CD which kneepads held.

Asked him to step up to the plate and cut his bedroom ties with YA and to start being more responsible to the common shareholders who paid his bills over the last 18 months.
