These people's hands are not that clean. What we know is raley and Watford entered into this financing deal. Watford was a financing consultant for these type of companys for gods sake. The D&D was bad? Raley and Watford spent 1/2 mil easy to pump this stock a year ago or so before diluting the hell out of it. The minor error on the web site caused the company that was going to be bought to put a disclaimer in red on every page of there website that they were not affiliated to uvse. These guys knew what they were doing. They are not oil men they are a couple of guys in Florida with a good plan. All I can do now is hope for the best or hope payback is a bitch. All IMO
