Rascals International Changes Name to Headliners Entertainment, Has New Ticker Symbol

(FinancialWire) Rascals International (OTCBB: RSCA) has changed its name to Headliners Entertainment (OTCBB: HLNB) and will trade under a new ticker symbol.
