I'm not sure I'd be too worried about the Venezuelan government trying to extradite me for messing around with some Venezuelan's passport on the Internet. LOL! I'm certain Rufus wouldn't lose sleep over that. Hell, he lied to a thousand shareholders right next door to him about having 100's of millions in CASH in the bank. You think he's worried about Chavez's government?

Even more, I doubt GW would give ANY American up to Chavez for just about any crime committed against his regime.
