I agree, the "Audit is coming" scam is a very common trick. Take a look at this company called Veltex (VLXC). In a period of 6 years they pulled the audit scam at least 4 times! You want a no-brainer scam, take a look at them.
The difference here is A) no dillution, and B) progress. You have said before that scammers can pre-issue shares and spring them on the market when the price is right. Maybe so, but most who invested in buzz purchased shares with free availability of the number of shares issued which should have been factored into the purchase decision. The number of shares does not change, and shareholder value is not undermined.
I disagree Our-Street, you did not come to this board with an unbiased disposition, but rather a pre-conceived notion buzz is a scam. I would hope that as part of your research/DD you plan on going to Thailand because in my mind that is the only way to get real proof.
